Last night, Tut fell asleep around 7:30pm and only fully woke up once for a bottle around midnight. He cried a bit, but soon finished his bottle and fell asleep again. He partially woke up a couple of other times, but fell back to sleep soon. He didn't wake up until we woke him up around 7:30am. He kept checking on both of us during the night by moving from me to Robby and several times he would have his head by one of us and his foot on the other. :) He woke up crying and didn't really eat anything for breakfast other than a bottle later in the morning.
Tut did okay as long as someone was carrying him around, but he was too insecure to walk himself and he didn't want to sit still. It was pretty hot in that hallway, fortunately they had water stations to refill our water bottles.
We got a quick photo in front of the adoption board sign, but we had to get moving again before Tut started crying. He did fine in the car on the way back to the hotel, playing a bit. We went directly to the Mali restaurant to get some takeout. They completely messed up the order, but we ate it anyways. :) It tasted good! Once he was back in the hotel room, he cried again and only ate a bite of food or two before he was done. Robby sat with him and a bottle and got him to sleep, but it only lasted about 20 minutes.
Then we went back to Lumpini Park.
He was too scared to get down for long, but we tried to interest him in the swings and slides. He let Robby put him down briefly, but there was one small smile when he picked Tut back up.
He wasn't as distracted by the park today and fussed on the way back to the hotel. We tried to take him to the pool, but he wasn't interested. He basically cried on and off until he fell asleep sitting up in bed around 7pm. We didn't get as much playing out of him today, but he had a hard morning and barely any nap. Tomorrow morning we are going to Siam Ocean World, so hopefully that will tire him out. Then we have the embassy appointment on Friday. At least that long wait should be air conditioned.
The staff at the Pantip has been great! They really helped out when I was trying to entertain Tut in the lobby and outside since he does so badly in the room.
Prayers are appreciated! Hopefully we will turn a corner soon!

Praying that corner comes quickly and that he will start to play a little more. Glad he is letting you hold him, even though that must be tiring as it sounds like that is all he wants! I'm sure the ergo is coming in handy!
Praying for you guys!!! It is probably hard for him not having other little playmates around like he was used to, in addition to getting to know you both and trying to figure out what's going on. Hoping you guys get some good rest tonight, and that Tut sleeps and eats well! LOVE reading your updates and being able to follow along with you and pray...and I really hope we get to see you guys at some point this year! Maybe do a mini-vacay at a halfway point or something over a weekend. :-)
