I emailed Holt today to see if we were "officially" #10 because they were still waiting on some families to accept their referrals when I asked last week. They said we are actually #9! Not sure exactly how that happened, and I am still baffled by their math, but that is good news! :)
Also, currently my husband's parents are probably in the air somewhere over the Pacific Ocean on their way to China! Lots of good news. :)

Hooray for #9! We are #13, and praying for a miraculously early referral, because Chris is set to deploy April 2013 to Oct/Nov 2013. So... a September referral would not be the best. But we'll trust that God will work out the timing. That's so exciting that your in-laws are adopting. How wonderful to have that connection in the family.
I certainly hope you can get an early referral! Maybe we could both get one in June. :)
