We were able to review the final draft of our home study today before it was sent to Holt! :) There were a few details to correct, but it sounded good. I was reading through it and thinking that if I were an official in Thailand I would think we were a really nice couple. I almost didn't recognize us. :p
After the changes were made, the final draft was sent to Holt for approval. Hopefully they won't have too much to change. It would be wonderful if it was all finalized this week!
We got our home study done for two children, just in case. The home study actually says we are approved for one child and will consider the option of adopting a sibling group of two children in the age range of 0-4 years old. It sounds like cases of twins or young sibling groups like that are rare in Holt's Thailand program, but should that happen we will be prepared. :) We wanted to have our study be more broad than our expectations so we can more easily follow God's leading, should he call us beyond what we had planned for.
Next Step: Finishing the Dossier! Yay!
