Happy Birthday Chat!

It is hard to believe that Chat is already two years old today! I do wish I could have spent today with him, or at least shared it with my husband! It is too bad that my trip coincided with Chat's birthday. :(

Since I am out of town, I decided to go to the mall after work. I searched everywhere for a dress for our meeting with the Thai adoption board and couldn't find anything that I liked, wasn't horribly expensive (probably not the best idea to shop in the D. C. area), and had sleeves and a skirt that came to my ankles. I may have better luck looking for a long skirt and a top instead. I will have to try looking again at home.

I also stopped by the Hallmark store and bought "Goodnight Moon" as a recordable storybook for the next package. :) I think it is a great idea so that he can hear our voices too. :) Also, it was fun to buy him a present on his birthday.

The other thing we both did was to have some cake and take a picture of us with it. That way we can show Chat that we did celebrate his birthday. Plus, the cake was really good. :)
