For my birthday I got an ice cream maker. :) It will be great to make ice creams and desserts that Chat can have. I tried it out yesterday, but we aren't going to have the ice cream until Robby's birthday tomorrow. The stuff left on the mixer was really good! :) I made an angel food cake from scratch. It looks pretty funny hanging upside-down on the counter.
On Tuesday, we went to the airport to welcome our friends home from India! It was great to see the six of them come down the escalator. :) There was a decent sized crowd there, but the girls didn't seem scared. They did stick very close to their mama though. Soon that will be us. It makes it seem more real now that I've seen their homecoming.
I got some pictures from the camping trip last weekend. It was neat to think that next time we go camping with our Sunday School, Chat will be with us. :)
Haku did his best to make sure we remembered to take him with us. :)
There were a lot of neat rock formations, some that were pretty comfortable seats. :) Makes you wonder how many people had sat there before.
We had a picturesque campsite. Haku got plenty of interaction with kids, great practice. :) He had a lot of patience.
This blooming cactus was really cool. The bloom closed at night.
Robby found a siesta spot. Haku even liked it. :)
Can you tell we had spaghetti for dinner? The kids loved it. It added a layer of spaghetti sauce over the dirt.
The sunset was very pretty. I love the mountains in the distance.
The rocks were so cool! Little Aaron is in the corner to give some perspective. :)
We even got a picture together! It was a great trip. :)

Looks like fun. Love the hat : ).
Where is your sponsored child? Krista
She is near Chiang Mai. We were told it would be about a 3 hour drive from Chiang Mai to see her.
