What are tapas you ask? :)
Tapas is the name of a wide variety of appetizers, or snacks, in Spanish cuisine. They may be cold (such as mixed olives and cheese) or warm (such as chopitos, which are battered, fried baby squid). In select bars in Spain, as well as some parts of North America and the United Kingdom, tapas has evolved into an entire, and sometimes sophisticated, cuisine. In Spain, patrons of tapas can order many different tapas and combine them to make a full meal. (reference: wikipedia)
It is really fun because you can try several different kinds of food instead of just having one main dish,
After a lovely meal, we went to see Kung Fu Panda 2 at the $2 movie theater. :) I really enjoyed it and the adoption story line was perfect for our celebration. It was a fun evening.
